Cubby Cubby is designed for children ages 0–5 and is intended to be used under parental supervision. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable privacy laws.

Cubby Cubby has no servers of its own. We do not collect, transmit, or store any data from your device. All app data — including your child's play progress, settings, and any family photos you add — stays entirely on your device.
The only external data flow is subscription management through RevenueCat, which is described in Section 4.
Cubby Cubby offers an optional feature that allows parents to add personal family photos to the in-app world. This feature requires access to your device's photo library.
You can revoke photo library access at any time through your device settings.
Because we have no servers and collect no data ourselves, we do not use, sell, rent, trade, or share any personal information. The only third-party data processing that occurs is subscription validation through RevenueCat, solely for the purpose of enabling premium features.
Cubby Cubby uses a minimal number of third-party services. We do not integrate advertising networks, analytics platforms that track users for advertising, or social media plugins. The third-party services we use are described below.
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and validate premium access. RevenueCat is a widely-used subscription infrastructure provider that is appropriate for use in child-directed applications.
When you purchase a premium subscription, RevenueCat processes the following on our behalf:
RevenueCat does NOT collect your name, email address, payment details, or any information that identifies you or your child personally. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your payment information.
RevenueCat does not use purchase data for advertising or cross-app tracking. Data collected by RevenueCat is used solely to provide subscription functionality and prevent fraud.

Subscription purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. These platforms handle all payment information under their own privacy policies. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Cubby Cubby is directed at children under the age of 13 and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect personal information from children. If you believe personal information has been submitted in error, please contact us at support@cubbycubby.com and we will delete it promptly.
Because Cubby Cubby has no servers and collects no personal data, the privacy risk to your family is minimal by design. Your child's play data and any family photos remain on your device, protected by your device's own security.
We do not retain any personal data because we do not collect it. RevenueCat retains anonymous subscription transaction records as required for subscription management. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for their retention practices.

Cubby Cubby is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the app from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be processed in the United States. By using the app, you consent to this processing.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with applicable data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our lawful basis for processing limited technical data is our legitimate interest in providing a functional and safe application.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the effective date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
Continued use of Cubby Cubby after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
