Cubby Cubby is intended for use by parents and guardians on behalf of children ages 0–5. All use of the app is subject to these terms.
By downloading, installing, or using Cubby Cubby, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions, and that you agree to be bound by them.
If you are using the app on behalf of a child, you accept these terms as the parent or legal guardian responsible for that child's use of the app.
Cubby Cubby is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the app to provide a play experience for children in your household.

Cubby Cubby offers a free tier with core features and an optional premium subscription that unlocks additional content. The free tier is fully functional and does not require a subscription to enjoy.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to premium features until then.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are subject to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple or Google through your account.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect. Continued use of the premium subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Cubby Cubby and all of its content — including but not limited to artwork, animations, sounds, characters, and code — are owned by Cubby Cubby and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your use of the app does not grant you any ownership rights. You may not use our name, logo, or any app content without our prior written permission.
Personal photos you add to the app remain entirely your own. We claim no rights over any content you provide.
Cubby Cubby is designed for children ages 0–5 and must be used under parental supervision. As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for:
The app includes a simple math problem as a parental gate to prevent young children from accidentally accessing certain features, such as adding personal photos. This gate is designed to be easily solved by an adult but not a toddler. It does not constitute a security credential and should not be relied upon as a strict access control.
Your privacy and your child's privacy are important to us. Our data practices are described in full in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
Cubby Cubby has no servers of its own. We do not collect personal information from children. The only external data processing is subscription management through RevenueCat.
If you downloaded Cubby Cubby from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
The licensed application is subject to Apple's usage rules as set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the app will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cubby Cubby and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Continued use of Cubby Cubby after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Cubby Cubby at our discretion if you violate these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
